There are eight exercises that will keep you fit and healthy:

1. Dips. Position yourself on the edge of a chair with hands resting on it, palms down.
2. Side Leg Raises
3. Jumping Lunges
4. Cardio Squats
5. Jump Rope
6. Plank Leg Raise
7. Weighted Shoulder Press
8. ā€œVā€ Sit and Twist

Time and frequency depends on age and body.
