Question : Hi , I have just got out of hospital from laparoscopic surgery on a perforated appendix. What exercises can I do body wise to keep in shape and how long before I can play golf?.

Hello,

You had perforated appendix open surgery is preferable. If you had laparoscopy then most possibly it was not perforated.
You may need 2-3 weeks to get back to your normal routine after a laparoscopy and you may need 4-5 weeks to play golf.
