Brief Answer:
Looks like viral conjunctivitis - need an image

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Eye conditions are best diagnosed only after seeing directly. I suggest you to upload photographs of the baby's eye on this website, so that I can guide you scientifically.

Mostly, it should be a viral infection or viral conjunctivitis which is very common in this.

I shall wait for you to upload the baby's eye image.

Brief Answer:
Seems like viral conjunctivitis

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This looks like a simple viral conjunctivitis. You can use Ciplox (Ciprofloxacin) eye drops 1 drop in each eye 4 times a day for 3 days.

If itching is severe you can use syrup Atarax thrice a day for 3 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.
