Brief Answer:
Tests needed depend on your physical status.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
In early pregnancy you need to go for beta HCG test and an ultrasound scan to confirm the pregnancy and to rule out ectopic pregnancy. You also need to have routine blood tests like hemoglobin, blood group and tests for hepatitis, HIV, etc.
All these test and other tests need to be selected after a careful examination by your gynecologist. In case there is any history of previous abortion then infections may also need to be ruled out.
In early pregnancy daily folic acid supplementation is recommended of 5 mg once a day.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
