Question : Hi
I have a tight pulling sensation within the head which can be intensely painful. MRI scans seem to be normal. It really feels abnormal. what further tests can I request to help identify any treatable issue?

You may need to do a total blood count with formula, biochemical blood balance and thyroid hormones function.
Also do eye exams to check for eye pathologies including glaucoma.
Also check sinuses for sinusitis or cervical spine issues.
