Brief Answer:

Prednisolone can cause psychosis, mania or delirium in some persons

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It is possible that you are referring to duloxetine, also known as Cymbalta.

Prednisolone can cause psychosis, mania or delirium in some persons, this means that it definitely could have caused her change in personality. Unfortunately, this reaction cannot be predicted.

There is some interaction between propranolol and duloxetine. Duloxetine affects/decreases the liver breakdown of propranolol so there may be slightly higher levels or activity of propranolol in some persons.

If her liver is not functioning well then this can affect the breakdown/metabolism of different meds.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
