the possible causes for your problem are,
-in case of any post-coital tear the bleeding will occur during and after intercourse also, without taking gap for healing of that if you again participate in intercourse there is possibility for bleeding and pain again.
-cervical dysplasia or erosion etc: can present with bleeding during and after intercourse, if neglected this can progress to severe form like cervical intra epithelial neoplasia etc.
-cervical or endometrial polyps: they can protrude into the vaginal canal and can present with bleeding and pain during and after intercourse.
as you are in young age there is less chance for neoplasia etc, anyhow you should not neglect this and consult your gynecologist immediately and undergo physical and speculum examination which will possibly find out the cause and treatment can be taken, after stopping of bleeding go for pap smear examination once and follow with regular examinations after that.
