Detailed Answer:
Hello,
since this is a new vaccine we don't know everything about potential side effects including vaccination to special populations like patients with rheumatoid arthritis. One concern might be that such patients who may be receiving immunosuppressive medications may not respond completely to vaccination. Despite the aforementioned doubts, vaccination is recommended.
Locking people down helps to reduce exposure to the virus and causes less trouble to the healthcare systems. Without the lock-down, it's very likely that many healthcare systems would have collapsed. Immunity is indeed the target but we should get there without too many casualties.
People who stayed in all this time, should not worry about going out again for anything else besides COVID-19.
It's not easy to say that it's this or that percentage. A 70% sounds realistic though.
Kind Regards,
