Hi,

Thank you for the query. I can understand your concern. According to your statement, you have been suffering from cough and cold.

You can take antihistamines like fexofenadine once daily with montelukast. You can gurgle with salt mixed warm water for 2-3 times daily. In case of changing the colour of your sputum like yellowish or greenish, then you can add an antibiotic like azithromycin once daily along with above mentioned medications.
