Hi,

It is not abnormal to find blood stained stools once in while. It occur due to hard stools and trauma. However if you have persistent pain while passing stool and persistent bleeding it has to be checked.

Specify which of the two you are worried about - once in a while blood spots or persistent bleeding with or without pain
