Question : What is a safe dosage to take of pregnenolone, DEHA and iodine?
I’m 71 and have had fibromyalgia and oateoarthritis for 24 years. I’m semi-active, but always in pain and extreme fatigue. I currently take 200 mg progesterone, 1.5 mg estradiol, 10 mg lexapro, 10 mg ramipril,
25 mg HCTZ, 30 mg omeprazole, 30 mg adderal, 500 mg magnesium, 1,000 mg naproxen, 10 mg nortriptlyne,
and 1,950 mg Tylenol EACH DAY. Some days it all helps okay, but mostly not as well as I want. Please advise me.
Thank you

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Pregnenolone is available as a dietary supplement in doses ranging from 5 mg to 50 mg. There is no standard dose. Considering your age you can start on 25mg once daily dose. If no improvement of symptoms, dose may be increased.
Similarly no standard dosage or DEHA. Some studies have used capsules dosed between 25 and 200. You can start on 50 mg.
Generally iodized salt provide the required iodine for a person, no additional supplements are needed. If you are so much worried you can take any multivitamin tablet containing iodine.
Wishing you good health.
