Question : i am a feeding mother of 3 months old child, from a couple of weeks i have a yellowish belb on my nipple. its pains through out the day especially after the feed. i tried breaking it, but could not do it. i fear that the size has increased now. its very difficult to feed with this, please help.

It could be due to a collection of milk or could be due to infection.

These yellow spot could be due to infection and lactation as well.
A hot fomentation is helpful in your case and you can go for an ultrasound to rule out the possibility of infection and you can take antibiotics accordingly.
