Brief Answer:
? UTI and constipation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
thanks for the query ,
The bloating and constipation can be due to decreased water intake on your part leading to dehydration and hence constipation. Constipation then indirectly leads to bloating and dyspepsia and indigestion which can cause your present discomfort. So keep your water intake to 3-4 litres per day.
decreased control on urination can be caused due to a possible urinary infection. Please get a urine routine microscopy test done to rule out infection and then follow up with reports.
