Question : Hi i would like to know the best Test to see yhe condition of heart. I sometimes like while laying in bed at night watching videos feel pressure or kinda pinch pain for second on the right side so i took tension one day thinking of might i get heart attack while sleeping.

Therefore, i would like to know best heart diagnostic test to see whether whole heart is working fine or not and to see basically its is 99% perfect or not.

Please recommend.
