If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with this query,my answer would have been a straightforward-Normal at your age,nothing happens next and nothing to do.

Age related mineralization or calcification of brain structures like basal ganglia,pineal gland or choroid plexus is a normal finding on brain computerised tomographic scan(CT scan).It is asymptomatic and no treatment is to be done for it
