Question : What is cause of make foul groin odor. Is it bacterial or fungal.
How do u treat? Do u try fungal spray for 2 weeks or do u use an antibacterial cream like fucidin or something else?
Nothing over the counter gets rid of it

I have gone through your query and mostly odour in the groin area is associated with bacterial infection.
I would recommend you to apply a topical antibiotic like mupirocin cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent application of an antibacterial powder like neosporin powder on the groins for 2-3 weeks.
Also keep the area dry, shave the hair in the groin area if possible and stay in cool airy environment.

Do you suggest mupirocin 2% cream? Or something stronger?

Is there a different type of powder to recommend other the neosporin powder because it is unavailable where I am.

So use both products twice a day for 2 weeks?
