I am a 51 yr old lady a bit over weight I seem to be having pain under left arm rib area and goes around to the rib under my left breast and well as inner Costo pain right side no shortness of breath no other symptoms just wondering if this is cardiac related …

After going through the medical query raised by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that from symptoms it just looks like musculoskeletal issues and nothing related to heart.

However taking into consideration your age it’s advisable to get one ecg and echocardiogram done to rule out any underlying issues.

I have had MPI in March 2023 and an ecg in Dec 2023 all normal I do have PAC but other than that all normal I have done a recent ecg with my kardia machine and it was normal I still get it under the left breast pain comes and goes but no other symptoms…
