You can use 'Preparation H' ointment on anal area and surrounding area twice a day.
Sitz bath(sitting in a tub of lyke warm water)for 20 mins twice a day.

Avoid oy and spicy food. Diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Curds and buttermilk.
