Question : I have been feeling nauseous and often feel ill at ease. I thought it's acid but when I eat meat and drink coffee I feel much better. I used to have bloody stools (dark red with some bright spots). I had a colonoscopy about 6 years ago and they told me all is good and show up in 10 years.
Not sure what's going on with nausea, low energy and lethargy. Sleep used to be bad but pretty normal/good these days. Although feel sleepy often during the day

Brief Answer:
many potential causes

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

nausea is not a specific symptom, so the potential causes are far too many to mention here in full. Some basic information may help to exclude common causes. For example:
- do you have fever? If you have fever then the investigation might take a different direction
- have you done other lab tests? Please upload them!
- have you done an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy?
- a CT or ultrasound scan of the abdomen?
- is nausea associated with other symptoms as well? For example ringing in the ears or dizziness (vertigo), abdominal pain, headache, etc
- how long has this symptom been bothering you?
- did you change anything in your regimen right before nausea started?
