immunoglobuline Concentrate are serum-derived immunoglobulin antibodies that are supposed to provide immune support, act like probiotics, reduce bowel inflammation and support healthy cholesterol Level. Its efficiency is still questionable but it has not any bad side effects ,and it wont cause constipation so it can be safely used. WIsh you good health. Regards
