Question : Hi i have anxiety since last one month
My oxigen level is 98 to 99 but today when check it goes to 77 then check after 5 Sec it goes to normal as 99 what is issue that it changed for some time

There may be error with pulse oxymeter

Hello,

There is no medical condition which can cause 22% change with oxygen saturation for few seconds on otherwise healthy individual.

Considering this fact I feel error with pulse oxymeter is the only possibility which explains in the change of oxygen saturation.
