Hi, thanks for your query.

Inner ear is called labyrinth. And infection of the inner ear is called labyrinthintis.
It is usually caused due to middle ear infection spreading to inner ear.
Symptoms are giddiness, nausea, vomiting, fever, tinnitus aura.
Treatment would be antibiotics to control infection + labyrinthine sedatives + steroids.
