I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Leukemia lymphoma is mature t cell neoplasm. It is linked with HTLV 1 virus.

Two third of patients present with leukemia and one third of patients present with lymphoma.

Clinical manifestation varies with course of disease.

Liver, spleen and lymphnode enlargement, skin involvement and circulating atypical lymphocytes are the common manifestations.

It is diagnosed by clinical features and lab investigation like atypical lymphocytes and immunophenotyping.
