Hi XXXXXXX ,
Thanks for the follow up query.

I have seen your pdf and understand your concern.

Microsomal (TPO) Antibody Titre Serum done for thyroid diseases .

Thyroid peroxidase (TPO), is an important enzyme involved in the multistep thyroid hormone synthesis.

In your case both TSH & Microsomal (TPO) Antibody Titre Serum is high .

Elevated TSH and Antithyroid microsomal antibodies were considered the gold standard for the diagnosis of chronic autoimmune (Hashimoto's) thyroiditis.

If I were your treating Doctor for this case, I would advice you
levothyroxine sodium 25mg in morning &
Multivitamin syrup zincovit twice daily.
To start medication consult your doctor and discuss about this.

Hope this information helpful to you. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
