Brief Answer:
Epidural steroid shots remains a good option.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.
In neuropathy there is derangement of nerve function due to physiological or mechanical discontinuity.
In neuroma due to injury to nerve there is lump formation which leads to altered signals through nerve.
There is more possibility of neuropathy, due to spinal stenosis and nerve injury during procedure there may be constant irritation on nerve root.

Epidural steroid shots remains a good option, which can be repeated again though you have taken in past
If MRI with contrast shows site of nerve injury and EMG-NCV confirms that level of injury then we can think of nerve repair.
If you are not getting proper care as per your expectation then you can visit tertiary spine centre for further management.

Till time you can take analgesic and neurotropic medication like pregabalin can be started consulting your doctor.
And remember; avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give temporary relief.
Core stabilizing spine exercises will help.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
