Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
Regarding your concern, I would like to explain that values of blood pressure below 140/90mm Hg are considered to be within the normal ranges for a person of this age, who doesn't suffer from any other disorders.
Do you suffer from any cardiac, renal or cerebral disease? What about diabetes?
In such case the optimal blood pressure would be below 135/80mm Hg.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Feel free to ask any other questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
