Brief Answer:
60 to 100 beats a minute

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I am Dr.Rovena and I am glad we can help you answering to your health questions.
I read carefully your query and your medical history.

The normal range of pulse rates depends on the age, activity level.
A normal resting heart rate for adults ranges from 60 to 100 beats a minute.
In children the pulse rate is faster.

It also depend on physical condition. For example, a well-trained athlete might have a normal resting heart rate closer to 40 beats a minute.

It is recommended that you should be resting at least 15-20 min before measuring your pulse.
Below 60 beats/min it is called bradycardia(low pulse rate) and above 100 beats/min it is called Tachycardia (high pulse rate).
You need to consult your doctor if your resting heart rate is consistently above 100 beats a minute or below 60 beats a minute, especially if you have other signs or symptoms, such as fainting, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Hope it answer your query.
If you have further questions please feel free to write me,I will be happy to help.
Best Regards.
