You want to know another name for partial blindness. Perhaps Bilateral heminaopsia or just hemianopsia. This is when you loss the vision in both eyes or one eye either the middle portion of your vision or the outside peripheral vision. This is usually caused by a tumor or stroke to the optic nerve of vision cortex of the brain.
