Pelvic floor dysfunction is a very vague term.

PFD ( pelvic floor dysfunction ) occurs when there is a trouble in the functioning of these structures.
It can include a host of symptoms - urinary incontinence, dribbling of urine, hesitancy, urgency of urine, prolapse of the bladder, urethra, uterus, cervix or rectum, anal incontinence etc.
Causes can include age , menopause, multiple childbirths, hormones, injury etc.
