Brief Answer:
Possible Blepharitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Swolen eyelid is usually symptom of Inflammation due to allergy, infection, or injury. It is in most case not serious issue but if you have vision problems, or eye starts to close by swelling then you should see ophthalmologist. Otherwise you can treat it by cold compress or cold water in small beg. After this you can apply gauze moaked in mildly wamr chamomile tea. You should also rest, avoid lights, and clean area with warm saline. Antibiotic ointment such as garamicin would be beneficial as well. Wish you good health. Feel free to ask further questions.
