Did you have open sore or ulcer over penis?
Usually HIV spreads through blood to blood contact or open ulcers.
In your case, there is chance/risk of HIV transmission if you had open ulcers over penis or that lady had mouth ulcer.
In that case or if you are not sure about ulcer then I would suggest you to do HIV testing now and if it’s negative repeat testing after six months After physician consultation.
Till then for body pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Watch for other symptoms like lose motion, fever weight loss.

I dont have any ulcer over the penis i remeber and she dont have any ulcer in the mouth but directly i can not ask her hiv status. I
