Question : A week ago I started having a lot of back pain on and off and also tight hip but I have had severe pain in my right thigh bone 24/7 for the past week. I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in XXXXXXX 2023 and had 4 rounds of chemo Feb-Apr. My oncologist just left so I do not currently have an oncologist

Hello
Thanks for your query and uploading your previous history of having Multiple Mylomas and taken chemotherapy for the same.

In view of your previous deseas the pain I thigh that you have could be mostly due to metastasis in either hip or thigh bones which can be confirmed only in doing MRI of Pelvis and limb or bone scan .

Till then take pain killers like Brufen twice daily.
