Question : I am suffering from Premature Ejaculation, i ejaculate too early even itself during exercise, with 10-20 sex during sex

Thanks for the information.

Most of time in your age the reason for PE is psychological.

You can overcome with it by strengthening your pelvic floor muscles by doing Kegel exercises.
