Brief Answer:
prognosis & management

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with the health concern and very sorry to hear about the agony which your uncle is going through and after reviewing the case history and Reports, I'm of the following opinion:

1. According to national cancer Institute database which was published in 2010 and revised in 2016, the survival rate (5 year observed survival) in stage IV is 4%

PS. Remember these are the observed survival rate, since people with cancer can die of other things/disease which are not taken into account, thus your attending doctor will let you know how much life expectancy or survival rate apply to your uncle.

2. As in Report there is clear mentioning of CA stomach with METASTASIS ( which means the cancer has spread to distant/ nearby organs) thus cure is not possible or still one can be positive about the outcome, as such treatment/management is directed to keep cancer under control/check and for alleviation of symptoms.

PS. If deemed necessary surgeon may ask for surgery (gastric bypass or subtotal gastrectomy) otherwise chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy is usually the preferred choice.

3. If interested to go for further treatment one can contact the following hospital:

DHRC Hospital (Dharamshila Hospital)
New XXXXXXX
+91-11-0000
email: YYYY@YYYY

4. I usually prefer to focus on medicines to relieve pain, bloating, appetite loss associated with disease alongwith Nuritional Counseling ( while patient is simultaneously under constant observation of Oncologist), If interested I can courier you the result oriented medicine(s) which can be safely taken while undergoing modern procedures.
