Brief Answer:
The first urine passed after a nights sleep is what is required sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query and would like you to know that I am here to help. The reason why a collection jar is provided is so that there is no chance of contamination with the use of other containers used by the sample provider.

I did not understand what you meant by 'can I start in the morning'? What do you wish to start in the morning?

There is no appropriate time as such, the urine sample given has to be the first urine passed after waking up from a nights sleep. This sample is considered the most concentrated sample, and this is the sample the laboratory will require sir. So time is not a factor, it just has to be the first sample of the day.

I hope this helps clear your doubt sir. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help sir.

Best wishes.
