Question : What is the Best & Accurate Test to diagnose thyroid disease ? whether i t could be hypothyroid, Hyperthyroid or Hashimotos.

Suggest some best tests ?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Nowadays dry skin and digestion problems have become very common, related to use of antibiotics and polluted water etc.

It is a good thing that thyroid report has come back normal. You do not have hypothyroidism, hyperthyridism or Hashimotos. You donot need further testing for thyroid. You can just repeat the test in 6 months or a year for routine screening. If you have doubt about laboratory then you can repeat the test at a different laboratory.
