Question : Hi,

I have been susing Zir-FOS as a probiotic for a small floral intoxication.Not sure what the EU/US equivalent is. If you have heard of it can you please tell me if it's good? Should i use it in the future?

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

You can use probiotic preparats containing Bifidobacterium.

In USA/EU is found as Florajen3, Probiotic Formula, Yovita.

It's use help regulate small intestine flora, reduces bad smell, lowers gas production, and improves constipation.

You can use it periodically ( one week on/ two weeks off eg.) if you have gastrointestinal disturbances.
