Question: I found a jar in our panty of Kraft Cheese Wizz unopened. I opened it and tasted it and noticed the date was Nov 2017 bout four months. I discarded it but an hour or two later I began feeling stomach aches. I have been drinking lots of water and eating crackers. I took a couple of gravol. I haven't been able to throw up or have a bowel movment. I have had this stomach ache for about four hours. Is there anything else I should do?

Brief Answer:
If this situation last more you should meet a doctor

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I think that if this situation last more you should meet a doctor.
During this time you should continue to take electrolytes solution, a lot of water, probiotic and stomach protector (like omeprazole).
You should check for a fever as well.

Hope I have answered your query.
