                                    Brief Answer:
Dural sinus thrombosis
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX thanks for asking from HCM.
I can understand your concern. Dural sinus thrombosis requires long term anticoagulant treatment and fluid therapy. Tablet Pradaxa is a new generation anticoagulant.
The antidote is Idarucizumab (Praxbind). It is available in USA and Europe. In XXXXXXX it can be made available by XXXXXXX Health care. You can ask them by login www.rhcglobal.com. It is patented drug, thats why it is quite expensive.
And one more thing, can you please let me know the duration?
Usually anticoagulants are required for 3 months.
If you have any more queries, do let me know. I will help you.
Thanks. Take care.
