Brief Answer:
Hemostatic agents can help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns ,
To decrease the bleeding during your periods in a non hormonal way, you can have hemostatic agents like Tranexaemic acid or ethamsylate Like Pause - MF during those five days of bleeding. Endometrial ablation can also help you.
Other natural treatments that can help are -
You can take a cooked banana flower with yogurt to increase the progesterone levels in your blood. Also you can boil coriander seeds -20 gms in 200 ml of water till the water reduces to a quarter. Drinking this water daily will also help.
I hope this answers your query.

Doesn't endometrial ablation cause all bleeding to stop, which in turn makes it hard to diagnose any endometrial cancers due to scar tissues, and lack of bleeding?

Brief Answer:
Malignancy is already ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing in again.

Your endometrial biopsy was normal so a malignancy is ruled out. Endometrial ablation stops all the bleeding for 6 months -1 year after which the endometrium grows back and normal bleeding is resumed. However the chances of conception are reduced with endometrial ablation.

The endometrium will grow back to normal after 1-2 years. You can get a repeat endometrial biopsy done in case there is a heavy bleeding again to rule out the endometrial cancer. You can discuss this option with your gynecologist.

Hope my answer is helpful.

Regards.
