Question: What is the best "quick fix" for low blood pressure (bottom number in the 58-66 range). Water and a nap is what I have been told. When does a Doctor need to be consulted?

Hi,

Lower bp (diastolic bp) of 55-60 is absolutely normal and there is nothing to worry about it. It is considered low when you have symptoms like giddiness or dizziness.
In that case you should drink some water with salt in it. The salt will help in getting the bp high.
