medscape interaction checker and drugs.com interaction checker

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are different sites that you can use such as drugs.com or medscape drug interaction checker.
If you place drug interactions into your search engine, these should come up as choices for you.

According to these sites , as you would see, there are a lot of possible interactions, some of them are listed here. According to medscape which is a doctor directed website these are the potentially serious ones: (1) amlodipine and cardizem-- the cardizem can increase the level or effect of the amlodipine, in some cases by up to 60% by affecting its breakdown

(2)clonidine and diltiazem can cause the heart to slow down, in some cases, significantly

(3)clonidine and metoprolol- either increases the toxicity of the other

(4)cardizem and metoprolol- these also interact to each increase the toxicity of the other

(5)metoprolol and exelon- metoprolol increases the toxicity of the exelon

(6)tramadol and hydrocodone

There are also other possible interactions between(1) sertraline and hydrocodone, (2)sertraline and metoprolol,
(3)sertraline and naproxen,
(4) metoprolol and albuterol
(5)metoprolol and naproxen
(6)amlodipine and metoprolol
(7)sertraline and tramadol
(8)albuterol and naproxen
(9)albuterol and tramadol
(10)exelon and naproxen
(11)sertraline and tramadol

Interactions may or may not occur. It is possible that you may be able to use your medications with little or no problems at all.

Some persons do not react adversely but if you are having problems then you may want to consider speaking to your doctors.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
