Question : I am lady aged 29 weighing . As part of fertility treatment i gained weight from 55 to 69 kg as of now during last 2 yrs,ie appx 10 kg increase. now dr advised to reduce weight. which is the best way to remove the abdominal fat for Weight reduction. I have pcos.

Loosing weight is always a challenge.

The best way isdiet and exercise.

get in touch with a dietician to know what plan suits you based on your food preferences.

An alternate easier way is to just skip one meal . It works but can be difficult for some people.

Ideally one hour of jogging or fast walking is good enough everyday to loose calories.

With this plan you should be losing 1 kg per week which is a healthy amount and not too quick.

Also take all medications given to you for your pcos and infertility like metformin etc.
