Brief Answer:
Laser

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

Warts as you know are an infection caused by Human Papilloma Infection. They can spread on to a new area through autoinnoculation. In males, specially if they happen to occur on the beard area, they can spread to another area, the act of shaving giving rise to unnoticed abrasions thereby facilitating the innoculation of the virus (this is known as autoinnoculation).

Therefore, appearance of new warts in not an unusual thing. As existing warts are a source of infection and can contribute to new lesions, therefore the right thing to do would be to get the new ones removed as soon as possible. Regarding Laser vaporisation, it is quick and safe and can be used to remove numerous warts in a single session. Therefore, I would strongly recommend there removal before they give rise to new lesions.

Avoid touching the lesions with your hands since this might contribute to spread.

Regarding the post inflammatory mark left over after laser, I can assure you that it would fade away with time. You can use a cream containing tretinoin (Retino-A 0.025% cream once daily at night for the mark).

Oral Zinc supplement e.g Cap. Ascazin, twice daily may also be started. Zinc has a proven beneficial role in viral warts.

I would suggest that you seek another appointment with your dermatologist and get rid of the new wart that has cropped up on your face.
