Question: I think i have a sinus infection. My symptoms are a really runny nose especially in the morning when i put my head down. My head feels filled & eyes watery . Also, my face & nose feel hot to touch

Thanks for posting the query

The symptoms described by you seems to be related to the Allergic Rhinosinusitis which needs to be treated appropriately.

First of all you will require an X-Ray of PNS to rule out any sinus block.

Secondly, you have to follow the below mentioned measures:
1. Steam inhalation
2. Drinking plenty of warm water
3. Try taking antihistamine such as fexofenadine or loratidine
4. You will require steroid and saline nasal spray to reduce the nasal congestion and clear the nasal secretions.
5. Avoid exposure to dust or smoke, change your pillow cover every night before going to bed.
