Brief Answer:
Please see details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I can understand your concern regarding not being able to have orgasms. You seem to be suffering from a condition termed anorgasmia.

Before I go on to answer, I would have liked to know a few things. You have mentioned that you have never had a orgasm from oral sex or intercourse. Does that mean that you have been able to have orgasm during masturbation? And just to be sure, never means ever since you became sexually active.

The most common cause for Anorgasmia is actually psychological. More importantly, it is the fear of performing well, termed as performance anxiety which impairs the ability to have an orgasm. If you have had ejaculations during masturbation, but not able to do so during sex, it is most probably linked to performance anxiety.

In addition, taking alcohol or other drugs including opioids impairs out capability to have an orgasm. Some medicines or conditions like diabetes can also cause anorgasmia but since you have mentioned that you have never ad orgasm, it doesn't seem to be the cause.

The solution for anorgasmia is therapy sessions which will consist of learning relaxation, sex education and step wise activities starting with stopping all sexual activities initially followed by graded measures focusing on attaining orgasm. It will be more beneficial if your sexual partner is able to attend the sessions as that will improve the chances of success.

I hope that answers your query. Please feel free to ask any further query that you might have.

Best wishes,

Dr. Sunil Gupta

Brief Answer:
You will need therapy sessions.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for following up. Since you have orgasms normally during masturbation, your problem is definitely due to psychological reasons.

It seems that you have ejaculations during oral sex and intercourse but not able to get the real pleasure out of it. The best course of action will be to start the therapy sessions like I mentioned in the last response. It will really help you in making you able to enjoy the sexual experiences that you have. It will take a few weeks time, but it will be the time worth spending.

I do hope that you are able to enjoy your orgasms soon. In case of any further doubt, please do ask. I will be glad to help you out in the best possible way. In case you don't have any further queries, please do close the discussion and rate the answer.

Best wishes,

Dr. Sunil Gupta

It will require some time and commitment from your side but with proper treatment, I am very sure that you will soon be able to experience orgasms and have sex like never before.
