Question : I get chest pain on walking appx 250 steps. I can delay the onset of the pain by using albuterol 3 puffs before walking. However once I have walked the distance, the pain develops.

Hi and thank you for asking HCM!

Please can you upload the result of test you have done already so i be able to check them by myself before running into the conclusions.

Some of the characteristics of your pain are typical for angina and some aren't. So i recommend to run a full cardiac check up with:
- ECG
- ECHO
- Stress test

If everything is normal then your problems are most likely related to pulmonary problems. I recommend to run the following examinations:
- Chest x ray
- Phunctional respiratory test

I have had each test and developed chest pain after the Diobutamine stress test with echocardiographic measurements evaluated by a cardiologist. I have had several EKG''s.
