Poor sleep, no need to get worried!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about what you experienced and this sleep difficulty. The symptoms are possible explained by the poor sleep that you have experienced these days. No one wakes up from sleep and hurry into doing stuffs without first taking sometime to adjust. From your desk after having slept for two nights would for sure would leave an initial impression of blur vision, disorientation, unsteadiness, etc. This will settle after a few minutes when the body gets fully adjusted. There is no reason to get worried at this time. Do you have any idea why you are unable to sleep good at night?

In all, possibly explained by your poor sleep and lack of adjustment being leaving the desk fro sleep. No need to get worried.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Sleep deprived due to travel schedule. I worked 7AM till 300pm. Was at desk after 1 hour conference, not sleeping, and had sinking shrinking feeling in head, which went away and nothing since. I had fasted last night 700pm to 100 pm today and had blood drawn this AM at 1030. I did stationary bike last night burned 400 calorie and 800 day before. I drank plenty of water today and ate lunch?
