Question : Saturday I felt sick and vomited one time. I felt ok for a while but then developed diarrhea, which was nothing but yellow liquid this morning. I took two dose of immodium and stopped, for now, the diarrhea. I thought that meant I was improving. I ate two Wheat Thins.,2. And vomited them up within 10 seconds. That was all I'd eaten today. I have vomited fluids since this afternoon.
To complicate matters I have bipolar disorder. The first morning, I vomited when I took my Zoloft and Lithium. Last night I took my Lithium and vomited again. I'm hesitant to take any more.
I'm concerned at how quickly I vomited up the 2 wheat thins, because I've been able to hold down fluids.
Please advice

First of all thanks for choosing Healthcaremagic for posting your query.

It seems like you are having Gastroenteritis . It is infection of stomach and Intestine. Most of these gastroenteritis are due to Viral infection and will subside in 2-3 days but you need to make sure that you take plenty of fluids so that dehydration doesn't occur.

Since you are not able to hold food , you require vomiting suppressive medications like Ondansetron , so kindly ask your doctor for a prescription of this medicine and use it .

If your symptoms persists then you better get tested as the chance of bacterial infection becomes high in that case and you may also require Antibiotic s for that.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .

Regards.
