Brief Answer:
Take treatment for ringworm infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
The picture attached points to a likely diagnosis of ring worm which is antifungal infection. This is very common in the groin area. This is a chronic infection and may be treated by applying ointment containing clotrimazole in the affected areas.

You must also take following precautions:
1. Wash your genitals and groin area twice daily with warm water.
2. Wipe genitals dry after having bath.
3. Wear cotton inner clothes to absorb sweat and keep the area dry.
4. Please avoid itching

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
